References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external Internet sites (links) that lie outside the area of responsibility of the respective eusalp-youth.eu editorial team or cooperation partners, liability would only arise in the event that the respective eusalp-youth.eu editorial team had knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent use in the event of illegal content.
The respective eusalp-youth.eu editorial office therefore expressly declares that at the time the link was set, the linked pages were free of illegal content. The respective eusalp-youth.eu editorial office has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design and content of the linked pages. For this reason, the respective eusalp-youth.eu editorial team – as well as our partners in the specialist departments – expressly dissociate themselves from the content of all linked/referenced pages that have been changed since the link was created. This statement applies to all links and references set within our own website as well as to third-party entries by third parties on our platform. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information, the provider of the page to which reference is made shall be solely liable, not the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
4. Final provisions:
As soon as the YouTube link below a video on the eusalp-youth.eu website is clicked, the user is taken to a YouTube channel linked to the video. We explicitly point out that you are then subject to the YouTube/Google terms and conditions.
For reasons of better readability of the texts, some pages of our homepage do not differentiate between the sexes.
