Become an IVY volunteer for the EUSALP

The EUSALP Technical Support Secretariat  is looking for an IVY volunteer!

The volunteer will support the European Strategy for the Alpine Region, a macro-regional strategy for the Alpine area. Created in 2015, EUSALP is based on a joint initiative of 7 Alpine states (Austria, France, Italy, Germany, Slovenia, Liechtenstein and Switzerland) and 48 regions. It aims at strengthening cooperation to address common challenges of the Alpine region in a more effective way. It tackles common challenges and improves the quality of life of the 80 million inhabitants of the Alpine region.

The volunteer will support communication activities, such as:

– Support the communication strategy of the project;

– Draft of newsletters;

– Support with communication training;

– Help with social media;

– Support to organize events (Annual Forum..) and communication related to specific events or initiatives in the area (communication on Pitch Your project competition, etc).

He/she will also be able to work on the kits made available to journalists, politicians, young people from the youth council and members of the action groups.

Depending on the profile, the volunteer will work on the action group videos and the photo competition exhibition.

The “Interreg Volunteer Youth” (IVY) initiative represents a unique opportunity for young people who want to have an impact on the world we live in, by supporting solidarity actions through cooperation.

Along with local actors, IVY volunteers tackle the challenges that Europe and its neighbouring regions are facing, helping to find and implement common solutions.
